Returns and Exchanges are only allowed within 24 hours of receiving the shipment 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return or Exchange is only accepted if item(s) received were damaged, defective, different size, not preferred, or not the same ordered item.

Guarantee exists for stainless steel items for 3 months from purchase date against color change.
